Love this recipe. Perfect combination of slightly sweet & slightly tart. It was done at 60 minutes; my oven tends to run hot though. I will be baking this again!
OOPs another comment I missed. I really should hang around here more!! I’m happy you liked the recipe. I haven’t tried it yet. The weather is just now getting cool enough so that the oven doesn’t overtax the a/c
