I can’t get past the dirt up against the bottom steps, that is going to rot in no time flat. I doubt they put them on any type of support either which is going to cause them to sink further into the dirt and pull away from the house.
Wait, they were asked to build steps to get to the porch and they removed screens rather than put in a door? AND they didn’t put any footing under the steps?
