I left a package of cucumber seed laying on a bench in the greenhouse. Of course a ground squirrel (chipmunk) had to find it. It was empty when I thought of it again.
However, it showed up…planted!!

UPDATE ON MAX
Max is looking more like he has his big-boy pants on now.
I’m thinking he is close to getting his full growth.
(I’m betting that fence is sure hoping so!)

Okra has such pretty flowers. The impressive plants are waist-high and showing no signs of stopping any time soon.

It’s a gorgeous late-summer morning. The nice inch and a half rainfall we got yesterday cleared the air and left us with perfect temperatures. It is now 68 degrees, with low humidity and a slight breeze.
