This Hemerocallis , “Celtic Merchant” Is one of my top favorites in the garden.
It is very fragile and multiples slowly. The showy flowers are easily damaged by the constant rain we have been having, but occasionally a perfect flower appears.
SUNDAY SPECTACULAR
It’s perfection! Love the frills. We got 1 1/2 inches of rain today. Was able to get out to weed and clip for a couple hours, soaked through 2 pairs of jeans in the process. Still waiting for my Purdy Rich and Valentine lilies to bloom.

I’m right in the middle of a big thunderstorm right now. It’s been storming hard for a little over half an hour. My weather station isn’t working so I will have to wait until tomorrow to see how much rain we got.
By the way…did you know you can post images in my comments? This is the only sweet pea bloom I have ever managed to have. lol They don’t like me.
