The subject for today is…..WARMTH! An unusual topic for a late January morning!
After the gripping cold temperatures of the past few days, 50℉ will actually feel like a heat wave!
My area is actually supposed to reach the low 60s before colder air moves back into the region.
Looking forward to seeing this again!
Joy, joy joy! I get to do the laundry again!
And possibly cook a big ole pot of pintos and make a pone of corn bread!

Growing up as the daughter of a Baptist minister, and attending church all of my life, means that I do my best to set Sundays aside as a day of rest and reflection on all that is Holy.
The year is quickly winding down. Soon we will be ushering in 2024!
A new beginning! Renewed strength and energy!

I post this every year and still get chills when I read it even after all this time. My brother has been gone several years now, and I still miss him dealy.
