My wonderful mother.

She passed away a couple of months after her 94th birthday. She was cheerful and upbeat right to the end. She took a little spill that resulted in the bruise on her head. This was her only serious fall. She was so fortunate. pic.twitter.com/7XoWRVCapU
IN THE GARDEN
A great group of awesome gardening friends!!
This summer is going to be filled with caring and sharing!
Hopefully, we can push back the gloom and doom a little.

THOUGHT PROVOKING
If you should by chance look for me today, you will find me standing near the Honeysuckle vine, inhaling it’s awesome fragrance!

REMEMBERING

I have become great friends with Silver (who, by the way is as totally UNLIKE me as anyone possible could be), and yet we clicked! She’s a wonderfully interesting internet comrade, whom I look forward to interacting with every day. She also has a Word Press site.
SUNDAY SOLILOQUY II
Good Grief! It’s been ten days since I posted on this site!
Sundays are special!
A day of rest and relaxation…a time for reflecting on the past week
with all its successes and failures.
The perfect opportunity for an optimistic comparison of the upcoming week, to an empty vase,
waiting to be filled with beautiful flowers, representative of all things honest, loving and kind.
How will your vase be filled?

A quick repeat for now!
SUMMER LOOK

Grass makes an excellent summer background.
I like using material from my yard as a back drop for posts and headers.
