Point taken and noted! However… Although I usually warn and alert when a bit of naughtiness is going to appear in one of my posts, I didn’t feel it was necessary in this case. Some things just don’t have the same impact without it. (Such as this meme which is one of my favorites.)

A good friend and I have challenged each other to a small weight loss goal. He needed to drop 15 and I had an extra 9 that I have found somewhere this winter. He has lost ten and I have lost 7. Not bad for six weeks!
