Summers in the garden make all the memories of the dark, cold winter disappear like magic!

Iris buds are starting to appear. Soon the garden will be filled with a rainbow of colorful petals!

Hosta “White Feather” is making a really great showing in the garden this year!

My granddaughter was able to catch the plant in a much better stage of bloom than what my picture showed.

Just in case someone might be interested in seeing what a snake plant bloom looks like! This is the first one I have ever seen bloom. It is in my dining room and has never been in direct sunlight. It’s taller than I am and very pot -bound.

I don’t think there is any flower with a more captivating fragrance than a simple heirloom lilac! This ancient shrub just blooms it’s heart out every spring!

The garden is getting a much needed drenching!
