4 tbsp Milk
1 ¾ cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Mashed Bananas (3 bananas)
1 tsp Vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs and milk. To thisadd flour and soda sifted together. Then add the cup of bananas and vanilla. Bake in a long shallow pan (9 x 13inches) at 350 degree oven til golden brown (around 30-35 minutes).
Can top with peanut butter frosting, cooked caramel frosting, chocolate ganache, or leave plain.

This is the best banana cake recipe I have come across. It isn’t as dense as a lot of banana cakes I have tried.
