Monster…Shortly after moving to Florida, longtime prostitute Aileen Wuornos (Charlize Theron) meets young and reserved Selby Wall (Christina Ricci) and a romance blossoms. The Valley of Horses is the second novel in Jean M. Auel’s Earth’s Children series, continuing the story of Ayla, a Cro-Magnon girl raised by Neanderthals, after she is exiled and must find her own people. The book follows her journey across the Ice Age landscape as she learns to survive alone, forms a unique bond with horses, and eventually encounters Jondalar, a man from her own kind, leading to a story of love, survival, and cultural clashes between the Neanderthals and Cro-Magnons.
Wasn’t that gal considered a female serial killer? I vaguely remember bits and pieces of that when it was in the news.

If you like Jackie Chan and horses, you will love the movie. He plays a stunt double who raised the horse (which was crippled at birth) to be a stunt horse with him.
The song is pretty, and she was on one of those talent shows a few years ago.
The book I got in a box of books from my aunt who is in a book club. It is about a stand-up comic’s true-life story of growing up in Africa. Not something I would normally pick to read, but it was interesting in what all he had to go thru.
