A new beginning, a clean slate!<br>I have a routine, (which is probably boring to my acquaintances from the past) but hopefully not for my new friends.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A big pot of pinto beans cooked with a hunk of yummy ham, accompanied by a pan of crusty brown corn bread, sliced onion, sweet pickled bell peppers and occasionally a skillet of home-fried potatoes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Laundry from the past week, washed, dried, (line-dried when weather permits) folded and put away.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sweeper ran over all the house if the energy holds up, and an early bedtime with eight hours of restful sleep, knowing that the day has been well spent!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1008\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/civatar.com\/verosverbiageandvisuals\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2023\/01\/PINK-PJS.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-955\" srcset=\"https:\/\/civatar.com\/verosverbiageandvisuals\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2023\/01\/PINK-PJS.jpg 1008w, https:\/\/civatar.com\/verosverbiageandvisuals\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2023\/01\/PINK-PJS-300x229.jpg 300w, https:\/\/civatar.com\/verosverbiageandvisuals\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2023\/01\/PINK-PJS-768x585.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1008px) 100vw, 1008px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The gardener in me just has to co-ordinate the color of my laundry with the garden flowers.
