{"id":127,"date":"2022-12-31T00:47:22","date_gmt":"2022-12-31T00:47:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/civatar.com\/veroskitchen\/?p=127"},"modified":"2023-01-05T10:05:39","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T10:05:39","slug":"peanut-butter-fudge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/civatar.com\/veroskitchen\/2022\/12\/31\/peanut-butter-fudge\/","title":{"rendered":"PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>My mother-in-law gave me this recipe many years ago when I was a young married.<br> It was her favorite recipe for the fudge and it quickly became mine.<br> I make it every year for the Christmas holidays, and many times in between.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/civatar.com\/veroskitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2022\/12\/pbfudge.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-128\" width=\"782\" height=\"586\" srcset=\"https:\/\/civatar.com\/veroskitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2022\/12\/pbfudge.jpg 500w, https:\/\/civatar.com\/veroskitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2022\/12\/pbfudge-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 782px) 100vw, 782px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:30px\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>4 Cups sugar<\/strong><br><strong>2 sticks butter or margarine<\/strong><br><strong>3 Tablespoons white corn syrup plus enough evaporated milk to make 1 cup<br>2 cups peanut butter<br>1 seven ounce jar marshmallow cream.<\/strong><br><strong>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Instructions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>In large heavy saucepan, melt margarine\/butter.
