Just a few pics, things are in a bit of a lull, lots of buds but the cooler temps are making them take their time about opening. Earlier flowers like phlox, bleeding hearts, tulips, daffs, early iris etc. are over with and I didn’t grab much if any pics at the time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lots of blues and purples at the moment, but then those are some of my favorite colors and I have tons of different shades of them in iris. We could use some rain though, the ground is getting so hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And lastly a pic of one of my new raised beds with strawberries planted. They are just starting to get settled in and I am hoping for an easier way to manage them as they take off with runners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case you are wondering, the sticks are to keep any feral cats and other animals from jumping up and digging in the bed. Fingers crossed that it works!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
