I don&#8217;t really consider that a blog or at least a blog of any substance, but I&#8217;m afraid today&#8217;s blog is just a couple of pics of some &#8220;winged&#8221; visitors that visited and just a couple of daylilies that caught my eye. pic of some of the garden phlox before I rip it out along with all of the asters which have caught the dreaded &#8220;yellow asters&#8221;, which is a disease that is caused by a leafhopper insect. Just sick over all the flowers that I will be removing over the next couple of days because of it. I&#8217;m sure all of the rain and humidity we have had, has also contributed to its spread. Wouldn&#8217;t you know it, I had just planted three other kinds of asters last year and now it all goes.
