From the Heavens snow falls gently<\/p>\n\n\n\n
on this cold December day<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And the snowflakes form a blanket<\/p>\n\n\n\n
as on the frozen ground they lay<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The crispness that is in the air<\/p>\n\n\n\n
you can almost smell<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And it chills the tiny sparrows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
in the treetops where they dwell<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I wrap my sweater tight around me<\/p>\n\n\n\n
pick up a fallen glove<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I wish for a ray of sunlight<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To peek through the clouds above<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A shiver runs right through me<\/p>\n\n\n\n
my heart is longing to be warmed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As winter dazzles me with brilliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
