It was an intermittent connectivity issue with the server farm that lasted around 12 hours. Hopefully it’s fixed now. I never got any announcements about it, just the messages my monitoring software gave me about all the sites being up and down. Cleaning up my email was a mess 😉

It should pass. I imagine there is a major outage going on some where. In any case, the server is fine.

There are seven other sites on the server that aren’t effected. In any case, I’m monitoring it.

As far as blocking members, word press is absolutely lousy at that. As I recall we did put in a plugin, I have no idea how effective it is. I’ll take a look.
