So so sorry to hear about the mishap. I hope it doesn’t spoil your joy of those long healthy walks. Maybe you could carry a tazer or one of the high-pitched instruments that hurts their ears. I don’t know what the law is on using those in public places.

I sometimes make a big pot roast and use the combination of spices from that beef stew recipe to add in the water with the roast. Other than that, no. I like a good English cut roast, browned all over and then stewed for hours until it falls apart. Then make gravy in the broth and serve it over mashed potatoes.

I was trying to add a photo of my winter garden to my guest book, but it didn’t end up there.
Some things are a bit iffy still. Dio is working really hard to get us all set up so we can enjoy the site.
Pictures of my grow lights, they help me get a fair start to the growing season here in the northeast.
